How do I place an order
Once you have found what you are looking for, select the name you would like to signed on your drumstick pair (if applicable), indicate the quantity, and click on "Add to Cart". It's that easy! You will then go through the checkout process to complete your order via PayPal. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been received.

How do I pay?
Orders are completed online with a credit card or your debit card displaying the Visa or MasterCard logo via PayPal.
Did my payment go through?
When we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an email, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing another order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately at the moment you cannot process an order via phone.
Yes! We ship orders outside Greece. Shipments should take 10-12 working days. The actual delivery date can vary from country to country depending on customs clearance for your respective country.
Will I be notified if my item isn't in stock?
MariosK makes every effort to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Once the product is back in stock, it ships immediately to you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
Will I receive any notification e-mail after I place my order?
Absolutely! Our system will send you straight after your order a confirmation e-mail with all details of your order. Once you order will ship there will be another e-mail to inform you with your tracking number all the details needed to track your package.
When will my Credit Card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is sent. You will also be notified via email when we have shipped your items.
Can I pay by check?
We only accept credit card payments via PayPal for your orders at this time.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Items on back order will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock.
For Holiday Shipping, please allow 5-7 days for Domestic orders and 10-12 days for international orders.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Orders sent within Greece generally arrive within 4-7 business days after the order has shipped. International delivery will vary from country to country.
Do you ship outside the GR?
We ship worldwide. Provide us with your destination address at the time of purchase.
Do you ship with a tracking number?
Yes! All the orders comes up with a tracking number, so you can track your order. You will get a confirmation mail which will have all the details needed to track your package.

How do I return an item?
My order arrived damaged
We know it's disappointing when an item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. A replacement item will be sent whenever possible; if not, a refund will be processed.
